Craigard has completed the purchase of Castle Buildings, a 15,000 sq ft property in Cardiff, in a deal worth £2.05million.
Craigard is pleased to announce that business founder Paul Foster has been joined by his son David, who will jointly run the business as Investment and Asset Manager.
With three new lettings over the Summer, the sun has been shining on this office space, with the deals ultimately generating a rental income of over £160,000 per annum. In addition to already completed lettings of the ground floor space, only one floor remains available.
Craigard has let a unit at its Ailsa building to boutique recruitment company Ivory Jacobs.

Craigard has let the top floor of Spectrum, it’s flagship office building on Solent Business Park, meaning that the whole building has been let within just three years of acquisition.
Craigard has let two more of its units at the Thatcham-based Rivermead Business Park – both being let immediately on completion of refitting works, including new toilets/energy efficient lights/ceilings and carpets.
Craigard has extended its holdings in the West Country through the purchase of Trelleborg Unit at Bridgwater in a deal worth £1.965 million.
Craigard has acquired the freehold of the Kohler Mira Building at Barnwood Industrial Estate in Gloucester for £2.65million.
