Craigard has purchased the SIG Unit in Budlake Road, Exeter for £1.4million. With an initial yield of just over 8% this is a well bought opportunity in, at present, a very heated industrial investment market.

The site, which comprises of four detached office buildings and three industrial units was purchased from Amberside Investments and is currently fully let. However, two of the office buildings will become vacant within the next twelve months and will require full refurbishment and re-letting.

Craigard has sold its Eskan Court building in Milton Keynes for £5.675million to Worthing Borough Council, representing an initial yield of 6.6%.
Commercial property specialist Craigard has sold the Trelleborg Unit at Bridgwater for £2.82million representing a 7.5% initial yield.
Craigard’s Eskan Court office, located in Milton Keynes, has achieved a new rental tone and a bright future for its investors with existing tenant Alliance Automotive signing up to lease 75% of the building until 2027.
